Lone Star

First of all, at the copy of the car they wrote:
"Lone Star
Roadmasters"

This is a kind of coincidence as the object is the only object ("Lone Star") that is exposed to public in the "Routemaster" bus.

Also there is some hope in the name as if the car is the only car ("Lone Star") that has been produced and/or has caused a poisoning.

If the car would have been non-convertible, the child wouldn't be able to access red paint and wouldn't be poisoned.

What is origin/place of birth/ethnicity of the child is unknown as he is referred as a "Non-European".
Does it mean US citizen?

Secondly, there are lot of questions:

- why the copy of the car could be freely bought on eBay taken into account its dangerous nature (lead paint)
- zinc - the main material of the car (body of the car is made from zinc). Although zinc is very important for people's health and can be bought in pharmacy, it can also lead to poisoning, for example zinc damages nerve receptors in the nose, which can cause anosmia.
- how difficult it is to bite a pieces from a toy car? the car looks quite dated, it must be thrown against a floor/wall many times.
- why no other children have been reported poisoned by the lead paint of the car?
